NEXT DAY DELIVERY

This is for UK only. We will attempt to dispatch any order received before 5.30pm on a Next (working) Day delivery.

All orders are dispatched by courier  – you will receive details for how to track the order when we dispatch it.

If you order after 5.30pm but still require next day delivery then phone us and we will try to prioritise your order.

FREE DELIVERY

All X-Poles are dispatched for free to UK addresses. This does not include Highlands and Islands.

THEFT

We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. If you asked for the goods to be left safe and they are not there we or the courier accept no responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not there you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.

Off-shore delivery costs more than mainland – please call us for a quote.

You may specify a delivery day – we will hold onto your consignment until the day before. Add details for the date you require delivery at the checkout stage.

If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch the couriers charge a re-booking fee of £7.50. If your package is damaged do not accept delivery. Please make sure we have a valid phone number so you can be contacted should there be any delivery problems.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Problems.
If you are having a delivery problem then its not us you need to contact – its the courier.
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with Tracking Information. To track your parcel go to www.businesspost.biz & type in the number for up to date tracking info.

If no-one is in the courier will leave a card with details of how to get hold of your parcel. Read the card! You MUST contact the courier within 5 DAYS or the delivery will be assumed refused and you will be charged up to £7.50. If you need to go and pick it up or have not been carded (or lost the card) then click this link, enter your Post Code and you’ll get details of your depot

Off-Shore. Off-shore delivery costs more than mainland – please call us for a quote.

Please also note if the courier cannot find the address specified they will store the parcel at the depot for up to 5 days, it is your responsibilty to contact UkMail and arrnage re-delivery or collection, again if the item has to be returned to us we will not subsidise the return fees of anything between £14.99 – £19.95.

Delivery Guide – PLEASE READ.
You must provide us with as much address information as possible.
If you provide us with an incorrect address you will be charged an extra fee to have a new address for the consignment.
Someone (anyone) must be at the given address to sign for the delivery between 8-30am and 6-30pm (for standard Next Day service). Therefore we recommend delivery to a work address where someone is willing to sign for the goods during the working day. A signature is required as proof of delivery. If you choose to have your goods ‘left safe’ you CANNOT CLAIM COMPENSATION – therefore we strongly advise you NOT to request them left safe.

This offer applies to orders placed over this website only, and is not extended to include any special instructions you may add in the comments box. This offer only applies to UK mainland addresses. You must obviously give us the correct delivery address and post code.
‘Acts of God’ are not covered by this Guarantee – thus extreme weather may cause a delay in your consignment which we can reasonably argue is circumstances beyond our or our couriers control.

RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy conforms to a Web Code of Practice – go to www.safebuy.org.uk for more information.

At www.polesport.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This is generally referred to as a ‘cooling off’ period. At www.polesport.co.uk this applies to all of our products that are unopened. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any item that looks like it has been used or damaged. We advise you to look check the picture on the box before openeing the item.

THE RETURNS PROCEDURE

To cancel your purchase within the seven-day cooling-off period, please call 01142721136 or 07817034156 or email support@yorkshireproducts.co.uk giving the reason for the return. We will then advise you on our preferred method of return – usually we will arrange for our courier to collect at your cost. You are welcome to send back using your own shipper as long as you have Proof of Delivery. Please package the relevant item(s) securely. If you are dispatching it yourself send it to the address on the Invoice so that we receive it within 7 days after the date that the item was delivered. Please also note that Yorshire Products cannot subsidise shipping costs for any items being sent back that are not Broken or Damaged.

You must either insure the consignment or use a signed for service (recorded delivery). Please include a note with your contact details and an explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Once the goods have been received back with us they will be inspected and if in good condition you will be refunded the full purchase price. If the goods come back to us not in the origional condition we will charge a 7% restocking fee as we may not be able to resell the item as new. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

Please note that you are be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS THAT HAVEN’T BEEN SHIPPED

As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of an order prior to it being shipped, we will refund the full cost of the order – unless we have had to pre-book special shipping charges for it. Please note – once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: giftwrapping).
